Currently we are using Jira Server (migration plans are already created) and we have an enterprise managed project respectively I will create a new enterprise managed project.
We will create tickets manually and via csv import on the one hand (about 500 tickets). The import will probably happen only once and then the created tickets will be processed over time. Tickets which are created via import have a slightly other workflow than manually created tickets, e.g. they have an additional status which the manually created tickets don't have. Let's name this column "Import"
Due to the fact that the import will create over 500 tickets I want that:
- ...my Kanban-Board is only showing 10 Tickets per column. Preferably just the "Import" column is restricted to show 10 Tickets and the other columns can show more tickets
- …the imported issues are created in the backlog
- ... every time I move a ticket from "Import" to another column, a ticket out of the backlog is automatically moved to the column "Import" - so that this column always shows 10 tickets until the backlog is empty and no more tickets can be moved automatically to the "import" column
If this is not possible in practice, I would be very grateful for your suggestions!
It doesn't have to be the solution I have in mind. The only important thing is that there is a way to limit the displayed tickets to 10 per column.
I am very happy about your suggestions for solutions and alternative solutions.
Thank you very much in advance
