Automatically setting Issue Remaining Estimate to 0 after it's put in Done

Dear Atlassian Community,

Our team is using simple workflow in web development projects (statuses: Open -> In Progress -> Done). We estimate issues in hours and then developers log time according to how much it took to resolve it. Sometimes, it takes less than estimated and when putting an issue from In Progress to Done the filed Remaining Estimate still has value greater than 0. How can we modify setting so the Remaining Estimate field, regardless of its value, sets to 0 when the issue is put in Done.

I have tried to modify the workflow transition. Clicked on the arrow connector between In Progress and Done and used Option to modify Post Functions. There I defined a new Post Function: 'The Remaining Estimate of the issue will be cleared.' and set it as 1. priority. Unfortunately, nothing has changed for current issues, nor it is affecting new ones.

Kindly help.

After typing this question I have accidentally glanced to the management of Post Function screen and saw a small message 'Publis Draft Workflow' :) So, the problem was that the change was never published. Now that I have published it, the function is working.

I will keep this question though, might help someone as a small tutorial on how to set this up.
