Automating Release Readiness Checklist

Hi All,

Once all the development is completed on a particular release, we have a release readiness checklist that helps to coordinate and align all the neccesary activities to provide the release to our customers.

This checklist spans multiple projects (or the different teams involved which include, but are not limited to Support, Documentation, Security, etc.).  I am looking to build this checklist that creates all the different tickets in their team's project and the dependency (or link to the ticket that needs to be completed before the next ticket can be worked/completed). 

Is this possible to automate the creation of all these different tickets?
