Automation - Calculate Average

Hey All,

Please, I am trying to build automation to calculate an average of a custom field of all sub-tasks.

The custom field is, " % Complete". My idea is to calculate the average of all % Complete of the subtasks and then get the % Complete of the Task.

Any ideas?

I am not sure if I got your scenario wrong, but apparently, Jira calculates sub-task and displays them in the standard issue (Task, Story, Bug) by default. See the snippet below from my instance:

Unless you have a different requirement, you could leverage this feature.
