Automation - Create Teams group within a teams channel

Within automation, I want to create a new teams group within an existing teams channel and then add people to it.

The background to this is I have created tasks automatically within an incident and 1 of those tasks I want to create an incident management team within teams.

I can send a message using a webhook but nothing more advanced

Another option is to use a plugin such as Integration+ that we use for some our clients.  When you have an incident, the Incident Management channel get notified of the new ticket.  Then the agents can spin off a linked task and from that task, the plugin lets you create their own channel specific to the ticket.

The benefit is that you can make all the updates within the MS channel and have the tickets synched.

There are other chat apps in the marketplace and also Assist, but this one is the easiest to configure.
