Automation Function Missing from ALL projects

I cannot see the Automation tab any longer for all projects.  I am the site administrator.

Are you looking for the Automation option from Project Settings or from System Settings?

What types of projects does this concern?

Are there other users with Jira Administration access? Have you checked with them to find out if they changed any settings?

Have there been any other changes in your Jira application recently, such as a version upgrade?

I'm looking at both it's completely missing.  I filled a support ticket with Atlassian they are helping me troubleshoot it now.
