Hello,
Our instance contains many automations. For those that send emails, we would like to define rules and communicate them to their authors so they can update them. We are unable to list these automations because the "System Automation Rules" menu does not list them all.
Do you know if this is possible with Jira or an SQL query?
Thanks
Tania

If by any chance you are using Jira Cloud, you can simply go to Setting and Global Automation and Filter it via Action and Select "Send Email".
@Akhand Pratap Singh's answer is the right approach for this simple use case, but we also found that if you export the rules to JSON, there is great tooling for JSON that enable more complex use cases.
You can search/replace/etc. for text and regex in the JSON in any plain text editor. Or, you can even use jq for more complicated queries or processing.
