Automation; Is there a way to parse an incoming email to assign a value to a request field.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

All requests must be in the same project, via two different email addresses.

For one of them, I want to be able to add a value to one of the fields of a request. To then be able to display them in a specific queue.

I know there have already been a few questions about this.
But, the ones I find are a bit dated ..

Whoever has found the way to do it, I am a taker ..

 

Note: The address I have to "parse" in the destination (To :) field is an email address redirected to the other, the main one, which is configured as an incoming address (MS o365) in the project.
