Automation: Put 'flagged' when Issue has related Stories 'Is blocked by'

Hey,

I'm looking for an automation that would add Flag (so that issue is marked as 'Flagged') with two conditions:

- Related Stories to the one's I would like to automate are 'is blocked by' different stories
- After the Related stories are resolved - remove the 'Flagged' status automatically

Has anyone did something similar in the past and could share the 'Automation' options?

What you describe seems possible with 2 (or more) rules: at least one to set the Flag and another to clear it.

If you have already started your rule, please post images of your complete rule and the audit log details showing the rule execution, and describe what is not working as you expect.  Those will provide context for the community to offer suggestions.

If you have not started yet, I encourage you to try to create the rule, as automation requires learning and experimentation to be successful.  To get you started on creating your rule, please refer to these documentation and example sources:
