Automation Rules and updatedDate

Hello,

Is updatedDate in issues updated when an automation rule is executed on that issue, or updatedDate only subject to manual changes performed on the issue?

I would expect both to update the updated JQL field.

Hi @Boris Maksimov - Short answer is yes it changes the update stamp.  Think of Automation as an RPA where it's simply performing the actions of a human on their behalf.
