Automation Successful, But No Actions Taken...

The goal is to schedule an automation that runs once a day to check the first status "JR FORM TO HIRE CANDIDATE" for any issues. If there is one, it will send an email to the "Manager" field.

It shows that it ran without error, but no actions were taken. Would anyone be able to direct me to what I may have missed or done incorrectly?

Hi @Ian Brown,

In this case I would use an "Issue fields condition" instead of a "Advanced compare condition" to avoid any typos on the smart value or status name.

Hi Ian,

You can select "Run a JQL search and execute actions for each issue in the query" and add a JQL, for example: Project = ProjectKey
