Automation: Summarize comments to new clone

I was trying to create a manually executed automation that generates a clone of the current ticket to a new ticket with a summary of all the original ticket's comments. This is failing on Add comment because it's only executing on the new ticket. I don't think there's a way to do what I want but curious if I overlooked something.
