While adding condition in JIRA Automation I have Given like Project in(Project1, Project2, Project3) and once I click on validate it is not validating all projects and the rule is also not working. So I have applied Automation individually project wise instead of giving condition as Project in(Project1, Project2, Project3) and now rule is working. I have created many automation using condition like Project in(Project1, Project2, Project3) it was working but now its not working .

Please help me why, now I am not able to create the automation rule using condition to apply  rule in all projectsAutomation.PNGI given rule as per the above screenshot

Hi @Sreenatha Reddy J

Would you please post images of the rule, including the trigger details, and of the audit log?  Those may provide context for the community to offer suggestions.  Thanks!

Until then, you note that:

I have Given like Project in(Project1, Project2, Project3) and once I click on validate it is not validating all projects and the rule is also not working

What do you mean when you click on validate?  Is that for a JQL in a rule component?

And, what is not working?  Specifically, what do you observe happening differently from when the rule is working at a project scope?

Kind regards,
Bill
