Zhongshu Li May 4, 2022

Request: We want to create issues from the Local project to the Remote project and use the below docs for configuring automation.

Step by step:

1. At the remote project use automation: incoming webhook connects to the local project;

2. local project use automation: send a web request to the remote project;

3. configure remote project automation as below short screen set, bug audit log output some error

Can't find issue to copy from
customfield_10952, description, components, versions, customfield_11913, summary, customfield_11306, customfield_12819, reporter, customfield_10927, customfield_12120

Hi @Zhongshu Li - From your description, it seems like your automation rule scope is set to single project and you need it to be multiple project or global.  Take a look at your rule details screen.  If this is the case, you'll need to make the adjustment under system >> Global Automations (you need to be a Jira Admin for this).

I'm also noting that this question is tagged with Jira-Server and the article you've referenced is for cloud.  I'm not completely familiar with the limitations, but note that Server may be lacking some of the capabilities of Cloud.
