Automation email schedules

I have a automated email that goes out every day if the condition is met. how do I make it so it goes out only one time? I have the box checked "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed". 

moreover this is the JQL. 

issuetype = Booking AND "Invoice No." is EMPTY AND status = Sailed AND assignee is not empty

but if our accounting is backed up and doesn't enter the invoice date on one day they get it again the next day, they only need to get it once even if they don't enter it that day or the day after. 

 

is there a way I can accomplish this?
