Automation for Jira: E-mails

Hello!

I have a question about automation. We have a company library on Jira. When a person borrows a book, then is assigned to that task and changes the status from "free" to "borrowed". I want to make automation -  after 2 months this person gets an e-mail about the return of the book, and the task is shown as overdue. Could you tell me if this is possible and how can we do that automation?

Hi @Ola 

You can simply create an automation from project -> project settings -> automation page.

It is possible to run a daily job and check the issues by given JQL. Then you can automatically change the status or send a custom mail.
