Automation for Jira send Email This Issue

Hi

Is it possible to use Automation for Jira to send out Email This Issue template?

Right now we use ETI but there is needed some flexibility that when user is internal or external, then Automation for Jira send different email for internal email than external.

Hi @Urmo Luts 

Automation for Jira has Send Email option with smart values and all, but like the template ETI Provides that kind of options are not there.
