Simple Automation, but not working how I am setting it up. I want to create a new issue if a specific custom filed is populated with a specific product. We print guides and some need a digital guide. If the print issue custom field includes a type of digital guide, it will auto generate a new issue ticket. When I set it up it is duplicating the issue REGARDLESS what data is in the custom field.
You may be using the "Clone" action instead of the "Create new issue", here is an example:
