I am trying to automate the below scenario...
If a ticket is manually or automatically allocated to assignee 'A', automation should add as participant person 'B'.
Its basically to make a certain person aware about somebody's else workload.
Is that possible please?

You can achieve that using Jira automation, by creating a new automation rule which works like this :
And you could then add other conditions to add user D as a request participant when user C is assigned to the issue.
