Automation > "Set" option doesn't work for Parent field
I used the "Epic Link" field before in automation to auto-link to the parent epic when creating a specific issue.
After "Epic Link" was replaced with "Parent", I added the new field and tried to set the same epic but once I clicked the "SET" option, I couldn't search for any issues but only "Current Issue" and "Trigger Issue" showed up unlike it was in the "Epic Link."
Can't I set a specific epic or initiative in the parent field?

It seems the 'Parent' field does not return the proper Jira name on search, you can keep using 'Epic Link' though or you can try the Parent --> COPY function, see if any of these works for you.
@Cindy Kim You can simply put the issue key/parent issue key, it works fine, parent field value will set for new issue.
