Automation: how can I block status to "done" of issues with some task in "blocked by"?

I want to block is some issue change your status to "done" without all tasks "blocked by" concluded before. How can I make this automation?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

@John Funk 's recommendation works for a Company Managed project, but does not apply to a Team Managed project.

You can put a Condition or a Validator on the transition to Done. That will determine which issues can move to Done.
