Automation in Jira

I am trying to set up automation so that when an issue gets closed, it's clone automatically gets closed or viceversa. And while closing an issue we have a rule set to have the resolution field updated. But I am getting this wierd error: Not sure if anyone has experienced anything similar before.

"Tried to copy value but fields are incompatible resolution : resolution"

Is resolution already set to "original" issue so is there a value to be copied? Can you provide configuration of the automation and also "Close" transition postfunctions configuration?
