Automation : not linking a task across 2 projects when creating a global rule created
I have 2 projects set up within Jira
Sales & Network Support and I am trying to create a rule that creates a task in the Network Support project, when the task in Sales project task has got to a certain transition.
The rule I have created does create the task, however it doesn't link the tasks together in any way.
Any suggestions on why this might be?
