Hi Team,

We have two custom fields values , where the fields get multiplied and gives the result.

With the above query can we decide the severity. In Automation.

Yes this is possible.  You can create a variable to multiply the values and store them.  Here are some instructions: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Automation-for-Jira-Create-variable-New-component/ba-p/1448118 

Based on the value, you can use conditional if/else statements to determine the severity.

You just need to figure out what the trigger would be.
