Notify the respective group members whenever a new ticket is assigned, considering the client selected in the 'Client' field, and include both the assignee and the group members in the notification."

Have you tried to implement a solution for this? Are you having difficulty with that? What have you tried?

When you say "group members" what type of group do you mean? Is that a User Group? 

How do you know which "group" to notify for a given issue? Is that information in a field in the issue?

Are these issues in a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? You can find that information in the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Depending on your answer you may be able to implement the solution by adjusting the Notifications for the project or by creating an Automation Rule.
