Automation to match literal value

Hi,

I'm  trying   Automation for simple case with Condition = Contains  string   (without regular expressions) and it doesn't   work. says condition is not met even I typed exactly second value. Should I use any  braces/quotes?

What is the trick, I learned that Jira is very special.

Please refer to the pic below, I have trigger but No Actions performed.

J2.jpg

I'm on Jira Cloud.

Thanks

D

Hello @Dima Astahov

The results suggest that the Comment addition that triggered the rule is for a Comment that does not contain the text "testDA" as a separate word.

I recommend that you use the Log action to print the entire {{comment.body}} value into the rule execution audit log to check what the actual content is.

@Dima Astahov  Hard to tell but looks like a typo in your smart value?

Can you confirm its {{comment.body}} and not {{cpmment.body}}
