Automation to sent email to the stakeholder in each issue

Hello, 

I am trying to automate a trigger rule for when issue's transition from QA to UAT for an email to be sent the stakeholder for that issue to test and give approval of that testing has passed or failed with comments if it needs to be reworked by the dev team. How can I get this to work ?  I've been trying and running into blocked.

Puedes usar jira automation.  

trigger: issue transitioned qa to uat

Action: send email
