Automation trigger linked issue

I do want to create an automation that copys all comments from a 'master' to a 'clone'.

I have a manual trigger that creates a clone in other projects.

Clone current issue into:

after the clone I use the 'add link issue to' action to link the issues.

It seems cloning the issue does not involve the present comments so I want to create another automation to archieve that. Major issue is that the 'when issue linked' trigger is not activated after cloning an issue this way. not even when all link types are active.

Can someone please advise me which trigger to use?

Hi @Steven Vits - Two possible situations here:

1. On the second rule, in rule details, make sure the following is checked
   1. Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule. Only enable this if you need this rule to execute in response to another rule.
2. Because you're dealing with multiple projects, you'll also need to ensure the rule scope (also under rule details) is set to multiple projects or global
