Need to implement automation for the below scenario

1.Schedule a trigger every 2nd week of thursday in a month.

2. Schedule a trigger every 1st day of the month -- exclude weekends

3. Schedule a trigger every 1st monday of the month -- If the 1st day of the month on thursday trigger it to the previous monday of the last month.

What have you tried thus far to solve this need?
