Hello,
I have created an automation in jira so everytime a user creates an issue if the system custom value has a determined value then It will create a linked issue. This is working, just I cannot get the new linked ticket to have as a reporter the same one as the original issue. So the reporter is: "Jira Service Desk Widget".
the ideal case will be: 1) Can I get the reporter to be the same as the original issue?
If this is not possible, this is the error I have because of this reporter: Jira Service Desk Widget. When I configure my slack integration, I only have some users to be able to send the notifications, so this is my 2) question: how can I add this user?
