The avatar associated with specific type of ticket (Epic, Bug, Task) is corrupted; if I try to upload, a list of corrupted items is shown; this means that in any view a corrupted icons is shown

Testing on my local site, I wasn’t able to replicate this issue.
Just for a better understanding, can you please let us know what browser you are using?
Have you tested using another one or incognito mode?
If possible, disable all extensions on your browser just to make sure that there is nothing preventing the feature from working correctly and also clear the cookies and cache.

I use normally chrome. I tried with edge (synced with chrome) and I experienced the same problem
I tried with firefox (not synced) and in incognito mode with chrome and everything works fine
I disabled all extension, and clear the cookies, nothing........
clearing cache.... ok!!!! it works
