Average Time in Status Inconsistent Results

My chart shows that issues spent average 45 days in Tested OK status at some point. When I click on them, I see that only 2 issues from the list at that point were in resolved status, and they both spent only 1 day in this status. 

What can be the reason for the result?

To find out whether it is a bug or not,  you can try another add-on - Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It generates a report about the average time in each status. So you can compare the data with those you've got before with the newest one.
