Average age chart: In days means the calendar day or business day?

Our management team needs to know inside the Average Age Chart of JIRA Dashboard that the In Day means the calendar day or business day?

Hi Ann,

The report you are viewing is for calendar days. If you would like to generate reports using business days, I recommend taking a look at the Control Flow Diagram available on your Kanban or Scrum Board.

You can configure working days at the board level. Docs at https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-working-days

You can then view the average times using CFD. Docs at https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/using-a-board/using-reports/viewing-the-cumulative-flow-diagram
