Average time in status - calculation logic?

Hello all,

I checked the documentation on the Wiki but I cannot understand the logic of this chart.

Situation: 

• 10 issues are matched by the filter
• Display period: 60 days, accumulation: month

When I click one of the dots, I get a result with 3 issues selected

• Issue 1: 17 days in status "Discuss" according to transition history of issue
• Issue 2: 17 days in status "Discuss" according to transition history of issue
• Issue 3: 5 seconds in status "Discuss" according to transition history of issue

The Status is not even shown on the graph.

No bullet for "Discuss" at all.
