B project User has made transition on A project

Hi All,

The A user has questioned why a user on B project was able to make transition A Project ticket.

Can someone please suggest .

User are allocated permissions in each project. If the user was able to execute an action in a project that they should not be allowed to do, then permissions for that project need to be modified. The user may be a member of a group that has the permissions. Perhaps the user needs to be removed from that group. Or perhaps the Permission Scheme assigned to the project needs to be changed to disallow the permissions.
