BIG PICTURE updating, changing filters withing the tickets by itself

Hi team,

I hope you can help me in solving this issue with BIG PICTURE notifications and updates.

BIG PICTURE is changing and updating certain filters within the ticket. It happens that we receive notification from "BigPicture - for ppm, project management" that something has been done on a certain ticket, for example:

  • added/changed epic link
  • update start/end date
  • update task mode, etc.

More precisely, we have 3 types of issues and we are looking into how we can resolve them:

  1. Big Picture added some new filter updates in the ticket
  2. Big Picture is sending a notification that a certain person made a change on the ticket in a period that person was not logged in or did not even perform that action.
  3. Big Picture is changing or removing the filter updates that have been placed by a specific person.

All these pieces of information are coming as a notification in a Dashboard using the "Activity stream" view but it is not something that suits us and interferes with our work, it creates double work for us.

Is it something that can be solved by automation or it can be turned off in some project settings?
