BIG PICTURE is changing and updating certain filters within the ticket. It happens that we receive notification from "BigPicture - for ppm, project management" that something has been done on a certain ticket, for example:
More precisely, we have 3 types of issues and we are looking into how we can resolve them:
All these pieces of information are coming as a notification in a Dashboard using the "Activity stream" view but it is not something that suits us and interferes with our work, it creates double work for us.
Is it something that can be solved by automation or it can be turned off in some project settings?
