BIgPicture: Completed and Assigned tasks are coming under unassigned in resources

In BigPicture added few team, team members and their respective capacity. Now In BigPicture when I try to see the resources as per team then there are many task which are showing under unassigned though the tasks are assigned to team members and most of them are done. Shouldn't the tasks should come under teams.

Please let me know how to correct it as we have a week left of the trial license for BigPicture.

After you create the global team you have to copy that global team into your Release 3.x Program.  See the 'Teams' choice in your upper right corner of your Resources screen

shot?  Click that, then from the Team drop down menu, choose Copy global team to program. Then go back to the Resources view, and make sure your toggle is set to Teams, rather than Individuals, then change the view to the team name.

Thank you for the help.

I tried as suggested but the results are same. I can still see the tasks under unassigned.
Previously program teams were created, now I tried it with both (Global and Program teams) but the nothing changed. I suppose, missing something else.
