I am laser focused on Details. It seems that no one in the ATLASSIAN Community has their profile Background PICS visible when viewing Community Users bios. Only the User's Header image is visible on everyone.
According to the User's JIRA Cloud Profile Visibility Settings, if the Profile information is set to Anyone/Public, then the Background Picture inherits the same visibility settings.
In the Cloud, the information is actually grayed out, which appears to suggest controlled by the administrator. But, no one has their Background Picture visible in the ATLASSIAN Community.
I searched the online System Dashboard for reported bugs or enhancements for the Users Cloud Profile Background pictures issue. No one seems to have reported the bug/issue. And I searched for the TOPICS in AskAQuestion which did not find a MATCH to the topic.
I am not team authorized to report any suspected bugs or ATLASSIAN /JIRA System Issues. And, I am a JIRA newbie, too.
Did everyone turn off their Background Picture visibility or is this a legit bug/enhancement request?
