BUG? Kanboard does not show an "arrow" to open a swimming lane

Recently JIRA in the Cloud stopped showing arrows to open swimming lanes on a Kanban board.

Did you report about it to Atlassian support as well. As currently I can see arrows on the kanban board swim lanes @ jira cloud

I can verify that. The arrows have reappeared.

But, just in case, where I contact Atlassian support?
