Hi
We have a server with Jira (v8.20.10#820010-sha1:ace47f9)
And sometimes there was a bug where the logged in user changed without any action.
People usually notice that this happened after they create an issue or add a comment and see that the author is another user and then verify in the profile that they are now logged in as another user.
Hello @Frederico Frederico
I advise you to have your Jira Administrators contact Atlassian Support directly about this:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
That is not correct @Frederico Frederico . It is also used to open cases for self-hosted products.
You need to click on the Data Center/Server option when selecting your product.
After doing that and selecting your product you will then have to provide the SEN for the product.

Please also post back here what you learn from Atlassian Support, so that other users who find this post can learn from your experience.
