BUG: not able to move projects

We are not able to move an issue between projects.

I'm having the same issue moving or converting any issues anywhere. Move between projects, convert from subtask to task) causes the error 500.

It's been happening since January, Ive reported it here but got no help: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Error-500-when-converting-subtask-to-issue/qaq-p/1278198

For me this happens in both: classic and next-gen projects, for any type of issue (open, closed, tasks, subtasks, new, old).

Can anyone help?
