Looking to determine if there is an easy way to take a back up of all Atlassian products at once or does it need to be done per product.
Very currently use Jira, SD and Confluence and I can see how to back up the products individually but can't see how to influence all products at once.
Hi Graham - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
There are a handful of third party apps out there. I don't think any do all of the products at one full swoop. But you simply schedule them and they will auto backup your stuff. Take a look at Revyz Back and Recovery because I know they do configurations as well as data.
Hi John, thanks for coming back so quickly. As we use cloud based version, i'm looking to find a way to export/back up should we ever want to migrate away or in the event of an offline issue. Any suggestions on best practices?

Thank you @John Funk
I am part of Revyz. Our app helps you to not only protect your Jira data, but will also help you with the following:
- Move Jira data across Jira cloud sites - most common use case is sandbox to production update / migration
- Analytics on your Jira data focussed on the admin
- Optimize / clean-up your Jira cloud site i.e. easily identify and remove unused config objects
Lastly we do provide all your data in json & csv formats, in case you plan to migrate elsewhere you can download the data in either of the formats, depending on where you are going to take that data, you would have to build or buy a data parser that can translate the data to the new application.
Thanks
Vish
