Backlog and Active Sprint buttons have disappeared

Our 'Backlog' and 'Active Sprint' buttons have been disappeared from our dashboards.

We are currently on a free plan and cannot raise a ticket for this. How do we go about it? 

We read in the community that a similar bug had occurred a few years back and the fix was released. Please advise what needs to be done.

There doesn't appear to be a board associated with this project. See that there is no board selected (where it shows Board and a down arrow above Reports). If you pull-down that field is there anything listed?

Was there a board previously associated with this project? Do you have a link saved for it that you can try to access?

It is possible that an Administrator deleted the board that had been created for the project.
