My backlog is not showing in my Dashboard. How to view?

Do you mean that you are not seeing a Backlog screen with your Agile board?
Can you provide an image of the screen and point out where you expect to see the Backlog?
Are you using a Kanban board? If you are, then you have to activate the Backlog screen. It is not automatically activated.
