Backup WedDav Directory

I want to create a backup of the current instance but when I attempt to do that i get a message that the WebDav Directory doesn't exist?

how can I create a backup?

First check that you're logged in as an administrator. If you are, then it sounds like you need to raise a support request and have us take a look.
