Backup files and attachments

Hello

I made a backup with a admin user ( georgiana.preda@okazii.ro) and I can't download the file. I receive the following message:

A username and password are being requested by https://okazii.atlassian.net. The site says: "Studio WebDAV"

How can I get this username and password.
