Backup problem - hangs at about 74%

Hello,

I've been experiencing a problem creating a backup on the Jira cloud. I use API for that, and I periodically read the backup status, and it stops at about 74%, returning this:

{"status":"InProgress","description":"Cloud Export task","message":"Compressing data & attachments","progress":72,"exportType":"CLOUD"}

When I go to a status page, it looks the same as in the screenshot below.

I am on the Standard Plan and have not exceeding 250GB of storage.

I tried several times and always the same.

Has anyone experienced such a problem?

You should contact Atlassian support so they can help you determine what is going on and why the backup is not working or getting stuck.

Also, you might want to look at a third part app like Revyz Data Manager for Jira. Things will go much smoother for you.
