Backups and Restore in JIRA OnDemand

Can someone provide Videos on taking the backup of applications in JIRA

I don't think there is any value in videos of people clicking on a few buttons.

1. Go to Admin -> Backup manager
2. Click the backup button
3. Wait until it returns to a "done, and here's your file" page
4. Click the download link

And that was the *long* version.
