Bamboo Deployment

We are using Bamboo for SFDC deployment to our qa and production environment. 

The process we followed

Code Check In to BitBucket using Branch  --> Running Bamboo Build --> Deploying changes to qa or production environment.

For example if the branch has a single component then running the bamboo build it deploys all the components we have around 7000 components. 

Is that possible to deploy a branch and its components and not entire components? Please let me know.
