We started with Jira Cloud, and the url we used was xxxxx.atlassian.net. We added Confluence, and the url for it added /wiki to the existing url.

We use OKTA for authentication, and have each of these apps published with the corresponding links above. Subsequently became aware that the link to Jira in the Switch To menu in the sidebar is actually xxxxx.atlassian.net/secure.

Does anyone know if there's any problem with configuring the Jira link (for bookmarks, OKTA config, etc.) to add /secure to it? Is Atlassian likely to change this?

Hi @Darryl St. Pierre ,

I cannot provide any official answer on this, however, I can also see that there is nothing related to this in our roadmap. Therefore, it is highly unluckily that the Jira Cloud base url will change any time soon.

Anyway, you might want to use the standard Jira  Cloud landing page url, that is the personal dashboard url:

I hope this helps. Please let us know in case you have further questions on this topic.

Cheers,
Dario
